An Amazing Vacation Spot

Ocho Rios is an amazing vacation spot. It has everything from fantastic food to water parks. Ocho Rios is a amazing vacation spot.

One reason Ocho Rios is an amazing vacation spot is because of the fantastic water sports. Sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, you name it, they have it. One reason Ocho Rios has fantastic water sports is sailing. The boats are sort of small, but they are super fast. If you are under 10 years for a boy or 11 for a girl I recommend you do not loosen the rudder to be able to steer. There are also lessons you can take with a small boat which is a S73A which is 5 feet wide, 9 feet tall, and 12 feet long.  Once you pass you get the T65A32 which is, 10 feet wide 10 feet tall and 25 feet long. Another reason that Ocho Rios has fantastic watersports is scuba diving. It's really and I mean really fun. There are different levels toddlers, bubblemaker, the official test, and the last is free for all. In toddlers your mom or dad has a Go-pro hero 3 or 4 on their head and you see what they see. in bubblemaker you go in a pool  5 feet deep and dive for toys. The Official test is where you get certified. Lastly, free for all, you hop on a boat and go on a trip 40 feet below the ocean surface. Snorkeling… You can do this at the age of 5 and up and it is for a good cause. When you hop off of the boat at this point there is this beautiful coral reef. On the boat back to the hotel there is a glass bottom and the fish you see are soooo cool you might even see a dolphin.

A second reason that Ocho Rios is an amazing vacation spot because of wonderful food. Eleanor’s is a fancy (not really) restaurant. You can get stuff like super fancy and delicious steak. The buffet is straight forward. You order a drink then go to the food area and get your food. They even have a smoothie bar. The buffet is really good for speed if you are in a rush.  Now Neputne's is not a restaurant and I am not a fan of. I am not fond of its seafood. They have okay fish sticks, but all in all their seafood is not really that great. Now the last is the Stockholm.  It’s a normal restaurant, but you get to have a little fun too, like learn how to make a hat out of a napkin.

Lastly, Ocho Rios is an amazing vacation spot because of all the fun activities. Swimming with dolphins, testing your knowledge on Jamaica, catch birds of prey, and impressively a helicopter tour. First is swimming with dolphins. Now you don't get just to swim with them if you are age 11 and up you get tossed by them and then ride them. Also there is a massive water slide into the pool with dolphins. Next is Jamaica trivia. Almost all of the resorts in Jamaica have this activity. You go up with your family and answer questions like what do the colors of the Jamaican flag represent? Not too hard to start, but then you get asked who are the 7 gods of Jamaica. Catching birds of prey is sooo cool. First you get a lesson on how to train them, then you actually get to try it on a small bird like a robin. A great way to end the trip is with a helicopter tour. Just getting a view from 500 feet is breathtaking. The crystal clear water and the lush green mountains are beautiful.
