Brave Irene

Irene faces many challenges in a massive blizzard to deliver a dress to the duchess. In the book, Brave Irene, Irene shows courage.

One way I know Irene shows courage is in the text it said “keep quiet." This shows she has enough courage to keep going even though she twisted her ankle.

Another way I know Irene has courage in the text it said the “ball gown  flounced out and went waltzing thru the powdered air with tissue paper attendants.” This shows she had enough courage to keep going even if they might be mad.

A final way I know Irene has courage is when in the text it said “you spoiled everything.”  This shows that she would not give up even though the wind told her to.

In the book Brave Irene, Irene shows courage. In Brave Irene, the lesson is never give up no matter your surroundings.
