My Cousin, Leo
“BLUE 20! SET GO!” I yelled. So I pitch the ball to my cousin, Leo. My other cousin Alex comes running at him, and I block him so Leo could run more. He dodges Lucas my other cousin. Then I notice Alex is catching up! There are only a few more yards left to go so he jukes out Alex and runs into the end zone. “Yes!” I yell. The score board changes from 28-28 to 34-28. Lastly, we just make the extra point. So, then we were called in for dinner. My cousin Leo is the best because he is athletic, smart,and funny.
My cousin Leo is the best because he is athletic. My cousin Leo is very strong because when my cousin Alex was coming at him in football he just shook him off and got the first down. Leo is also very fast. In football he even outruns me! Lastly, he is very skilled. He is skilled because before he didn’t know how to juke. I taught him how to and now he can juke out almost anyone!
My cousin Leo is the best because he is smart. He is smart because he knows what's right and wrong. He knows this because of experience. One time he was annoying his little sister Maxine and she got MAD, So, he got in big trouble. He is smart also because he knows a lot about sports for a 1st grader. When he was 5 he learned a lot about sports from me like what juke means. Lastly, he’s smart because he knows some multiplication facts.
The last reason he is the best is because he is very funny . One example he is funny is he cracks you up when you are sad. Also, he is funny because when you are sad he will purposely fall on the ground. That is what really cracks me up. He also makes the BEST jokes ever! :)
When we are inside everyone is congratulating Leo for all of his good work on getting into the end zone to win the game. Everyone in the family knows that Leo is awesome. Of all of my cousins, I think Leo is my favorite. My cousin Leo is the best because he is skilled, he is funny, and of course, he is smart (for a first grader.) I am going to have a lot of fun with Leo for a long time.
