School

Do you ever think to yourself we should have phones in school?  Well, I agree. There should be phones in school because you can be very bored, you need to stay updated, and most of all, because there can be an emergency.

One reason that there should be phones in school is that you can be bored. For example, when you have free time in school you should be able to go on your phone. Also, if you are on the bus and you have nothing to do that would be a great time to go on your phone. Sometimes when you get to school early and you are really bored that would be another great time to go on your phone. Kids are always bored in school.

Another reason that there should be phones in school is that you need to stay updated. For example, let’s say that something bad was going around town you need to stay updated to be ready. Also if your parents don’t say how you're going home you won’t know how you are getting home. Another thing is if you really need to see a score of a game when you have free time you can check on the game. Everyone always needs to be updated!

Although there should be phones in school because you can be bored and because you need to stay updated there should especially be phones in school because there can be an emergency. For example, let’s say that there was a fire that went on at your house and you need to go somewhere else you would not know. Also if there was a problem with all the buses. How would your parents figure out in time? What if there was a bad person going around town and all the kids needed to go home. How would your parents figure out that they needed to pick up their kids fast enough? In these situations all kids need a phone at school.

There are many reasons why kids should not have phones in school. But, there are even more reasons why kids should have phones in school. What do you think, should there be phones in school or should there not be phones in school?
