D.A.R.E.
(Drug Abuse Resistance Education)
I think D.A.R.E is all about safety. In D.A.R.E I like the assessing part. I like it because I get to think of the consequences. If I do something bad, I know what the consequence would be, bad or good. So I won't do the wrong thing.
I will also try to avoid smokers, drug takers, and people that peer pressure me to do bad things. I will never ever take drugs, smoke, or do bad things. I will also never get any of my friends to do it either. I will also avoid bullying by walking away or strongly saying NO.
I also learned a bunch of facts like how 400,000 people die from smoking, and 50,000 people die from second hand smoking.
Also, that 200,000 people die from drug related stuff each year. That's how dangerous smoking and taking drugs are. That's why I think people should stop smoking and doing drugs. I also think it’s really important because it can affect your and other people's lives.
One day I hope to change the world and stop people from doing bad things, and I will be able to do this by making wise decisions.
