I  Am a Worm!  

I am a worm.

I wonder why people step on me.

I hear the the sound of my fellow worms being squashed.

I see the bottom of a person's shoe being lowered down.

I want to survive a few more days.

I am going to scream for help.

I pretend I am bigger than them.

I feel so hurt.

I touch the bottom of people's shoes.

I understand there is no hope.

I say, “Help please!” But no one hears me.

I dream of escaping the pain.

 RUN!!!!!
