Tragic
Hi! I’m Lily Linger. I am going to tell you a little bit about myself. I’m in 6th grade.I’m a Newbie and I got some Homeroom teacher called Mr.Warren. I just got new sky blue braces yesterday. I hope I fit into my new school. Ok, I just got into my new school! I’m looking for locker 210.
“Hey excuse me, do you know where locker 210 is?” I asked some random 7th grader.
“Ya it’s right there,” He pointed.
“Thanks,” I said. I tried to opened THE locker.
“HEY GET AWAY FROM MY LOCKER!!” He roared at me. At that moment my stomach hurt, I was swallowing hard, and shaking.
“You just said it was my locker.” I said fading my voice.
”WELL IT ISN’T!” He screamed at me.
“Oh...Ok.” I squeaked. Then he picked me up and asked, “Are you new….?”
Y..Y..Yes. I whispered.
“Well.” He said frowning. I HATE YOU NEWBIE! “ He Shouted.
I shouted back, “IF MY MOM WERE HERE SHE WOULD SAY PUT MY LILY LOVE BUG DOWN!”
“HA HA HA HA!!!!” He cried in laughter. “More like Lily LOSER!!!!!!!” Then he put me down and I ran to the bathroom crying terribly. I ran into the stall and my cheeks were wet from tears, eyes red from crying, and my heart was beating faster then a running cheetah.
After that someone knocked on my stall and said, “What’s wrong?”
“A MEAN KID!!!” I sobbed.
“Will you come out?”She asked. So I went out. “What kid?” She asked.
“I don’t know I’m NEW!!! “ “But, he did have straight brown hair and he had a zit on his forehead.” OHHHHH!” “That’s Ryan Durk.” “People behind his back call him Ryan Jerk!”
“Haaahaaa,” I whisper laughed.
“What’s your name?” She asked.
“Lily, Lily Linger.” “Awesome name!” She complimented.
“I’m Natalie Potcher.” She said. “What homeroom teacher did you get?” She questioned.
“Some teacher called Mr.Warren.
“Oh, I got Ms. Lander.”
“Well…”
Then I started bursting out in tears.(I don't know why she just seemed nice)
“LILY!” “I was joking I got Mr. Warren too!” She Shouted trying to sound nice but I could tell she was irritated.
“FINALLY!” What, what! You're probably asking. I got through the day that’s what! MR. WARREN IS SO, SO, SO NICE!!! Today I asked him if me and Natalie could sit next to each other because Im new and she’s my first friend at this school, and he said “Sure, if you feel more comfortable.”
“Thanks! I said happily.”
When I got home My mom asked, “How Was your day Lily Lovebug!?”
“Great mom.” I said trying to say it without making my eyes look like I’m lying. “I’m going to call my new friend Natalie.”
“Ok Lovebug.”
“Wait, mom.” I said kind of screaming.
“What Lily?”
“Can I go to Natalie’s house later?” I questioned hopefully. “Sure Lil.”
“YAY!” I screamed. Calling Natalie….. 203-465-3289. “Hello?”
“Hey Natalie!” I said cheerfully.
Natalie: “Oh hi Lily!”
ME: “My mom said yessss!”
Natalie: ‘YAY!!!!” “Come over to my house in 10 minutes ok?”
Me: “Kk.”
I hung up. “Going to get ready!” “Bye mom going to Natalie’s house!”
“K love.” Let’s see, 3 houses after mine….. “Over here Lily!” I heard someone call.
Me: “Oh hey Natalie!” “So umm where’s your house?”
Natalie: “This one silly goose!”
Me: “Whoa, Natalie your house is HUGE!”
“Come in I have a surprise!” Natalie shouted but I could tell she didn’t mean to. :p “Hurry come follow me to my room.” As I walked into her house I said amazed. “NATALIE your HOUSE IS HUMONGOUS!” “Ok……” Natalie whispered.
Natalie: “The surprise is for you Lil.”
Me: “You don’t have to…. “
Natalie: “I know but I want to.”
As we entered her room I said to her in shock “OH MY GOD YOUR ROOM IS BIGGER THAN MY LIVING ROOM!” Then she hands me a box that’s jumping…..

“OPEN it silly.” She pushed. I open it and you never are going to believe what Jumped on me!
A PUPPY!
Me: “It’s adorable!”I shouted.
Natalie: ”I asked my mom since I told her about what happened today.” :) Me: “Natalie you shouldn’t have!”
Natalie: “Well, I did!” :)
“What are you going to name him?” Natalie curiously asked. “How about Cookie?” I asked.
“Cool!” Natalie said. “Are you sure your mom’s okay with this?”
“I am positive Lily calm down!”
Me: “But, will my mom be ok with it…..?”
“Just call her here is my cell.” 203-292-5607.
Mom:”Hello?”
Me: “Mom, I have a surprise that I hope you say yes to.”
Mom:”Lily?” “Go on ask me.”
Me: “You know my friend Natalie?” “Well since I’m new she gave me a welcome present….”
Mom: “That Natalie is very sweet.” “Go on and tell me Lily Lovebug!”
Me: “Well, I sorta,kinda now have a new puppy named Cookie.”
Mom: “Awww, Well you can’t keep it!”
Me: “MOM! Why?”
Mom: “You can have it unless you take care of it and you pay for his shots!”
Me: “Ok,Ok! SO I can keep him?”
Mom:”umm….. FINE!”
I hung up and told Natalie the news. “YAY, YAY, YAY !!!!!!” We both screamed. To our surprise a blond,frightened,and I think 14 year old came in with a red face, gasping,and was breathing fast. “WHAT HAPPENED!!!” She yelled.
“Who is that?” She questioned.
“I’am Lily, Natalieś friend.” I said nervously.
“Oh hi Maddison!”
Natalie cheered. “Whoś that?”
I asked.
“Oh Maddy is my babysitter.” “She has known me since I was a baby.” “She does not want us to pay her but we still pay her $1oo an hour!” Then she walked out rolling her eyes. “I am going to go to more chores to work for my dog…” I said disappointingly.
“It's okay I'll pay for your dog for you because it was a gift from me here's another one!”
“Oh NO I can not let you do that for me!” I tried to say without shouting but I accidentally turned out shouting it….
“Lily trust me.”
She said trustingly. “Ok.” I whispered. “Why do you always try to help me?”
“Because I'm your best friend.” She answered a little ticked Off.
“I gotta go Natalie see you tomorrow at school bye!”
“K Lily LOVEBUG!” “LOL Bye Lily.”
“Yay”! Another School day over! Today it was Kayla’s birthday so Mr.Warren bought cake! And he gave us all goodie bags with 5 dollars and 3 cookies in it! Plus he gave Kayla an ice cream for her birthday. And a giraffe toy. Isn’t he sooooooo nice! Oh hey Cookie! My dog just jumped on me. I’m Going to call Natalie. 203-465-3289.
Natalie: “Hey Lily!”
Me: “Hey! Can you come over in an hour?”
Natalie: “Sure if Maddison says yes.”
Natalie: “Brb Going to ask Maddy”
Natalie: “I CAN GO! Be there in an hour!”
Me: “K Bye Natalie”
Natalie: “Bye Lily”
I’m going to get ready for Natalie’s visit!
My life is good……
But it’s ok if it’s a little Tragic!
